چکیده
In this paper, the role of the human being toe is investigated. The change of the sole pressure distribution using a sole pressure distribution measurement system and that of the toe pressure using a toe pressure measurement system at walk by the existence of a toe are investigated. In order to investigate the change of the whole walking, the affection of a walk posture using a 3D motion capture system by the existence of a toe is also measured. Furthermore, the change of the amount of energy consumption at walk by the existence of a toe is measured by a spirometry system. At last, we investigate the roles of the toe, such as, the efficiency of the big and 2nd toe, and the stabilization of the posture, by the synthesis

متن کاملThe effect of toe only rocker shoe 10 and 15 degree compared to control shoe on plantar pressure, force and surface in healthy older adult
Objective: The aim of present study was to investigate the effect of toe only rocker with an angle of 10 and 15 degrees on the distribution of plantar pressure in healthy elderly people. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the plantar pressure of the foot and to remove excessive pressure from different parts of the plantar surface of the foot in order to maintain the independence and func...
متن کاملThe evaluation of plantar pressure distribution in TypeIIdiabetic patients and non-diabetic adults in China
Plantar pressures in TypeIIdiabetic patients and control adults during normal walking were compared in this study. A total of 70 (45♀+25♂) type 2 diabetic patients without neuropathy (aged 63.6±7.6 years; BMI 24.3±2.9; duration of diabetes 12.3±6.9 years) and 70 (45♀+25♂) non-diabetic adults (aged 62.5±8.6 years; BMI 22.4±2.5) in China were recruited. Plantar pressures were collected by EMED sy...
متن کاملگزارش یک مورد: دو بندی بودن (Biphalangism) تمام انگشتان هر دو پای یک بیمار
Received: 25 Aug, 2015 Accepted: 26 Oct , 2015 Abstract Except for the hallux, the human toes classically present three phalanges. There have been numerous papers in regard to incidence of biphalangism in different countries. The most common site of biphalangism is in the fifth toe and its incidence declines in the second to fourth toe. Hence biphalangism of second to forth toe is rare, t...
متن کاملExperimental Gait Analysis to Study Stress Distribution of the Human Foot
Researchers and clinicians are increasingly using plantar pressure and force measurement system to evaluate foot functions. This research evaluates the quality and reliability of a Tekscan HR mat to study the plantar pressures and forces acting during walking, running, jumping, and standing of healthy subjects. The following regions of the foot were investigated: heel, mid foot, metatarsophalan...
